Yes. The Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your sponsorship is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a formal acknowledgment letter for your records following your sponsorship contribution.

Yes! You may choose to sponsor a specific musician or instrument chair, as long as it hasn’t already been sponsored. Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if your preferred musician or section is open, you’ll have the first opportunity to make that connection. Once confirmed, your name or business will be listed as their official chair sponsor for the season.

There are many ways to help sustain the music! You can make a one-time or recurring donation, sponsor a concert or event, join the Conductor’s Circle, or volunteer with our education and outreach programs. Even simply attending performances and sharing your love for the BSO helps strengthen the community that keeps live symphonic music thriving in Kern County.

A discount is applied to all payments made by check. All prices posted already reflect the discounted (cash) price. Payments made with a credit card will not receive this discount and will include a 3% credit card fee. Thank you for your understanding and support!
